First I would like to tell you a couple of things you may or may not know regarding Envy. We are now selling amazing Sam Edelman shoes as well as a select few Betsey Johnson kicks! Thus far everyone is loving the shoe selection, it really puts the icing on the cake when you can pair a perfect shoe with your clothing choices!

Secondly, we had an amazing turnout for the after party on July 11, following the season #7 opener of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey! Melissa Gorga was her usual gracious and engaging self, greeting and taking photos with every single visitor in attendance! If you missed it, not to worry, we will have several events before the end of the year.

We will let you know via this weekly info letter and through social media. You may also visit us on our online boutique at envybymg.com.  Fall selections are beginning to arrive and I must say- they are fabulous and have excellent price points! We are also carrying some very beautiful Joseph Ribkoff for curvier customers!

Truly we try to provide something for everyone even in a small space. Being that I’ve been on a “love yourself” kick for the last month, I’ve taken some of the material that will follow, from a fantastic article by Isabel Marant and her “Fashion Philosophy”.

Based on the assumption that we want to dress with no effort yet look chic and stylish here are a few thoughts: You need really make fashion your own. Fashion in so many words is NOT IMPORTANT, but wearing what you love is what counts…

Why don’t you make your clothes for bigger sizes. Not everyone is a small size In the real world some people are size 12 to size 22 Not every one is a size 2. Let’s be real. Your clothes are nice but not real in life

Nice clothes, too pricey and no clothes for big girls…probably would have more sells if you would change those two things….not knocking you but don’t discriminate against big women…

I have to leave 1 more comment. too the plus size woman ! im no stranger to larger sizes myself so i understand . but thats not what this store is selling. i dont thing some of her style will look the same on larger size woman. their are stores out their with great fashion for large size woman that know and understand what plus size woman want when getting dressed and what to hide and not to hide with cuts that make u feel great and look beautiful in clothes that are like Melissa’s style. But u cant go to the same store and put on the same item in a size 4 and in a size 16 and have it look the same . its impossible !! the cut is everything and when u know and understand this , u have no need to be upset or question that she doesnt have the sizes for every one. u have to shop were seller knows and understands the cuts to buy for curves an what will make u look and feel u r best .. i dont think Melissa is leaving u out. she is selling what she knows about to be successful . you cant fault her for that..a jeweler isnt gonna open a shoe shop and hope to be successful.
I hope this help girls a little understand about shopping in the right store.
